解决办法，在php.ini里加上

date.timezone = PRC

修改完成重启Apache时间还是错误，查看phpinfo页面信息显示：Loaded Configuration File为：none

Configuration File (php.ini) Path：/usr/local/php/etc 把php.ini 拷贝到该目录

全路径 /usr/local/php/etc/php.ini

之后再重启Apache，
